What we collect
When you fill out a quote form, call, text or email us, we collect the information you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, service address or job details, and preferred dates.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and complete your job, send confirmations or invoices, and follow up afterward. If you opt in, we may occasionally email you about seasonal services or promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your email address or any other personal information. We do not share your details with third parties except service providers that help us run the business (for example, email or scheduling software), and only to the extent needed to serve you.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct, delete or stop using your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing info@clearpathqc.com or calling (563) 289-7595. We'll take care of it promptly.

Job photos and video are covered separately in our Media Policy, which includes an opt-out.
